This week we conclude our small group discussion of The Color of Compromise by Jemar Tisby.
A narrative historical survey, The Color of Compromise takes readers on a journey: from America’s early colonial days through slavery and the Civil War, to the tragedy of Jim Crow laws and the victories of the Civil Rights era, to today’s Black Lives Matter movement, to reveal the ways in which the American church has actively and passively perpetuated racism.
This discussion will be held via Zoom. There is no limit to the group size, however we are requesting that you register in advance to help in planning for the discussion. All participants are requested to have completed the book prior to this session.
