Led by Cathi Ward, Certified Yoga Instructor, this yoga practice will be gentle to intermediate - appropriate for those who have never done yoga and good for the more experienced practitioners. Modifications can be made for any body to do any pose.
Classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and asana (traditional yoga poses). Please have a yoga mat, any props you like to use - blocks, a blanket for sensitive knees, a strap and your own water bottle.
