Inclusive Yoga - Fridays in the Pilgrim Church Parlor

Led by Cathi Ward, Certified Yoga Instructor, this yoga practice will be gentle to intermediate - appropriate for those who have never done yoga and good for the more experienced practitioners. Modifications can be made for any body to do any pose.

Classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and asana (traditional yoga poses). Please bring a yoga mat, any props you like to use - blocks, a blanket for sensitive knees, a strap and your own water bottle.

There is no charge but space is limited so registration is required. Email office@pilgrimoakpark.org or call 708-848-5860. Masks are required. Indemnity and release forms available for signing at class entry.
