During Lent the people of God are called to reflect on the meaning of their baptism into Christ’s death and resurrection. Although the ashes remind us of our mortality and frailty, what seems like an ending is really an invitation to a new beginning, in which we are washed in God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness. This year we are invited to remember what has been lost, to acknowledge what has changed, and to recognize God’s presence in the midst of these transformations.

 "Ashes to Go" will be available Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM in the parking lot outside our church. Pastor Colin and Pastor Gloria will be available for imposition of ashes.
