Adult Enrichment -Bringing ourselves to the table (Part 2)

As the season changes, we may notice shifts in what our bodies need especially regarding food practices and habits of movement. Join us for an interactive time of sharing wellness practices including, mindful eating and movement as well as recipe sharing and winter cooking tips. Facilitated by Sherri Ambrose, Cook County Illinois Nutrition Education Program Educator and member of Pilgrim!

We will meet in the Chapel. Per the current CDC guidelines, masks will be required regardless of vaccination status, and the room will be arranged to encourage social distancing.
