Adult Enrichment -Mindfulness Experiential workshop

Numerous positive benefits arise when we begin to interact with ourselves and the world around us in more mindful ways. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, nonjudgmentally. This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity, and acceptance of our present-moment reality. It is simply a practical way to be more in touch with the fullness of your being in a systematic process of self-observation, self-inquiry, and mindful action

We will go over more of what mindfulness is and do some actual practice including breathing, mindfulness meditation and talking, mindful eating, a mindful walk.

We will meet in the Chapel. Per the current CDC guidelines, masks will be required regardless of vaccination status, and the room will be arranged to encourage social distancing.
